Sembra diradarsi la nebbia sulle primarie del PD a Milano. C’è stato un lungo incontro tra il sindaco uscente Pisapia e il premier Renzi. Pisapia insisteva nel considerare “divisiva” la candidatura di Sala, troppo legato alla giunta Moratti, agli ambienti vicini a Comunione e Liberazione e ai grandi interessi economici della città. Il sindaco uscente continua a sponsorizzare la candidatura del vicesindaco Francesca Balzani che sembra abbia ricevuto disco verde per partecipare alle primarie cittadine. Ma Renzi è apparso irremovibile su Sala. Lo considera l’unico candidato che, in caso di ballottaggio col Movimento 5 Stelle, potrebbe essere attrattivo per un elettorato di centro destra.
Probabilmente sul piano tattico, il ragionamento non fa una piega. Si pensi soltanto a quanto sia potente la macchina del consenso di CL, radicata nella curia milanese ai più alti livelli.
Si pensi che il cantiere expo è ancora in piena attività, è infatti cominciata l’opera di smantellamento dei padiglioni con tutto il business correlato. Anche senza immaginare niente di illegale (e si fa fatica, purtroppo) è chiaro che l’expo è ancora al centro di ricchi appalti e interessi commerciali. Infine Renzi teme un ripetersi dei precedenti casi di grandi città, amministrate dalla sinistra, dove il voto della destra si è indirizzato verso i 5 stelle in funzione anti PD.
Quindi Sala non si discute e sarà il candidato di punta del PD con l’importante benedizione da Roma.
Alle primarie, che dovrebbero svolgersi il 28 febbraio e non più il 7, ci saranno quindi tre candidati: Sala, la Balzani e molto probabilmente Majorino, già assessore nella giunta Pisapia.
Di Sala abbiamo detto. Della Balzani, che potrebbe essere gradita sia a Sel sia alla minoranza Pd proprio in virtù della benedizione ricevuta dal sindaco uscente, c’è poco da aggiungere. Non è in quota Renziana (ma nel PD milanese di renziani puri ce ne sono pochi) ma è molto amica della Serracchiani e, soprattutto, malgrado il ruolo ricoperto, non è un volto noto in città. Più conosciuto Majorino, ma sicuramente il candidato che, salvo sorprese, ha meno possibilità di farcela.
Si consenta all’umile cronista, di fare una considerazione finale. Per quanto si proclami che queste primarie “saranno vere ed aperte” i giochi sembrano ormai fatti anche perchè nessuno si aspetta bagni di folla ai gazebo. La voglia di partecipare alla vita cittadina del partito sembra essere passata anche a Milano.
Intanto Berlusconi dà carta bianca ai suoi in caso di ballottaggio. Per ora è tutto, al prossimo aggiornamento.
