Cito anche qualche nome: Marco Milanese, deputato del Pdl, ex braccio destro di Giulio Tremonti, Alberto Tedesco, ex senatore del Pd coinvolto nell’inchiesta sulla sanità pugliese. Entrambi salvati dall’arresto , grazie a un voto del Parlamento.(Dove c’è il grano ci sono anche i topi). Ecco il risultato: nella classifica del Corruption perception index, redatta ogni anno dall’organizzazione non governativa “Transparency International”, l’Italia è scivolata nel 2011 dal 67esimo al 69esimo posto, (temo il precipizio del 2016) seguita, tra i Paesi dell’Unione europea, solo dalla Grecia. E’ una guerra persa in partenza, l’esercito della salute morale di questo paese si misura in molti modi, uno di questi sarebbe non chiudere gli occhi, ma collaborare con la parte sana dello stato e denunciare, denunciare, non farne passare neppure una, ma si sa anche che tutti, o quasi, hanno necessità di un aiutino per ottenere un favore,un permesso, la cancellazione di un piccolo reato come può essere una contravvenzione. Insomma il malcostume è quello che una volta si poteva definire il “vestito buono della domenica”che oggi si indossa ogni giorno, e ad ogni ora.
