Nei giorni scorsi abbiamo ricordato i conflitti d’interesse conclamati, quelli che a nostro avviso contribuivano a rendere lenta e farraginosa l’azione amministrativa: tra questi quello riguardante io presidente del consiglio Marco Ciorba che aveva visto il padre Lorenzo nominato da qualche tempo Presidente dei Revisori dei Conti. L’altro giorno in consiglio comunale le opposizioni interne ed esterne non hanno ratificato il provvedimento e son subito volati gli stracci, costernazione dell’altra corrente del pd, campagna dei soliti giornali schierati in favore dei due Ciorba e della regolarità di suddetta nomina, più o meno velate minacce di resa dei conti, annunci di ricorsi al Tar. Levate di scudi del tutto temerarie, a nostro avviso, come se le cariche pubbliche fossero cose da aggiudicarsi, che spettano, che non devono affrontare le regole, i problemi di opportunità. Nessuno mette in discussione il valore del Professionista Lorenzo Ciorba, ma non si può considerare ininfluente che suo figlio Marco occupi un ruolo di garante del corretto svolgimento del consiglio comunale, che lo stesso sia la voce, il punto di riferimento di ogni consigliere presente in aula. Un ruolo che non sopporta conflitti di interesse, specie riguardanti parenti molto stretti: tra l’altro a Marco Ciorba recentemente è stata affidata anche la tesoreria dell’associazione-movimento Moderati e Riformisti e quindi le incongruenze sono addirittura aumentate, non si riescono davvero a comprendere queste voci indignate in sua difesa… di un politico che ha tra l’altro firmato la carta d’avviso pubblico per la trasparenza della pubblica amministrazione… ma per favore …
