Colpita da un primo malore poco dopo la nomina a Salerno, l’ex Prefetto di Viterbo fu vittima di un nuovo grosso problema di salute nel settembre dello stesso anno mentre si recava a Roma ai funerali dell’ex capo di Polizia De Sena e da allora è praticamente scomparsa dalla scena. Sulle sue condizioni fisiche c’è da sempre uno stretto riserbo, ma è certo che l’alta carica dello Stato abbia trascorso vari mesi in clinica e sia ancora impegnata in lunghe terapie di riabilitazione. Certo è che la Scolamiero mai digerì di essere oggetto di quell’indagine, la prese male da subito: ed il suo ritorno a Salerno fu accompagnato da uno stato di diffuso malessere che la costrinse presto a sottoporsi ad accurati accertamenti clinici; il travaglio continuò poi con i due successivi malori, il secondo grave e destabilizzante che l’ha costretta ad abbandonare il lavoro e a ricoverarsi in una struttura sanitaria privata. Ora pare stia iniziando per lei la strada del recupero, lungo, faticoso e traumatico in ogni caso. Pare che la sua famiglia e chi le sta più vicino colleghino quanto capitato alla Scolamiero ad un sovraccarico enorme di stress subito dopo la notizia dell’indagine in corso; sembra sempre che entourage a lei legati sembrano intenzionati ad intraprendere azioni legali contro la Procura di Viterbo: il processo per l’autovelox truffa non è ancora giunto a conclusione e potrebbe allargarsi a nuovi elementi disposti dalla difesa; ma a che punto è il suddetto processo, ora come ora?
