La situazione precipita. Verso un probabile governo di “unità nazionale”, nel confronto interno al Pd e finanche in Sinistra italiana. Gli effetti del referendum si fanno sentire, come quelli del pronunciamento della Corte costituzionale sulla legge elettorale, mentre forse sfuma l’ipotesi di ravvicinate elezioni anticipate di cui in pochi sentono l’urgenza preferendo prendere tempo.
Con la legge corretta dalla Consulta e con un eventuale Mattarellum sono prevedibili solo due maggioranze sulla carta: Lega-Fratelli d’Italia-5 Stelle (difficile da immaginare) e Pd-Forza Italia-centristi (molto realistica come prospettiva). Il 40% utile per ottenere l’eventuale premio di maggioranza è una chimera per tutti i soggetti in campo. Ma sulla via dell’unità nazionale restano le divisioni del centrodestra (Forza Italia romperà davvero con i trumpisti di casa nostra?), i guai giudiziari di Berlusconi (processo Ruby ter) e l’ingombrante Renzi che l’ex Cavaliere non vorrebbe come eventuale premier – dicono dalle fila berlusconiane – preferendo o Gentiloni o un superpartes. L’Italia sembra tornata di conseguenza al tempo della non alternanza, del sistema bloccato e in panne, delle convergenze al centro. Ci si può consolare dicendo che lo stesso avviene in Germania e Spagna ma non è certo una prospettiva esaltante. Risiamo al palo con sintomi di ennesime emergenze economiche (terremoto, richiami dall’Europa).
Renzi fa problema a sé: per Berlusconi, che di lui non si fida, per ciò che resta del centrosinistra e del Pd. In questo partito D’Alema torna a capeggiare la richiesta di resa dei conti. Ha detto sabato scorso, nella riunione della sua nuova associazione/movimento Consenso: se non si discutono leadership e programmi, ognuno si sentirà libero di andare alle elezioni come meglio crede. Bellicoso annuncio dalemiano di un possibile neo partito socialista con più di 25 anni di ritardo, a cui Bersani ha fatto seguire la più prosaica preoccupazione sui 100 capilista che potrebbero essere scelti da Renzi (che intanto deve decidere il da farsi) senza tener conto eccessivamente della minoranza interna. Vedremo se è il solito “al lupo al lupo” o se il lupo arriverà davvero come nella favola di Esopo. Decisivi possono essere i tempi delle elezioni ed eventuali primarie in cui gli anti-renziani potrebbero schierare Emiliano, presidente della Puglia, e Bianca Berlinguer.
A dividere Sinistra italiana, che a febbraio dovrebbe tenere il congresso fondativo, sono intanto i rapporti con un nuovo centrosinistra evocato da Pisapia, ex sindaco di Milano. Una parte dice “mai col Pd, neppure senza Renzi” (Fratoianni), un’altra (Scotto, candidato alla segreteria) auspica nuove alleanze e il ricongiungimento con la sinistra dalemiana che ha dimenticato il suo blairismo passato. Si tratta di posizioni difficilmente conciliabili, che potrebbero rimescolarsi solo in caso di scissione del Pd.
Mentre da noi di discute di tutto questo in una saga tipicamente italica, senza pace e avviluppata su stessa, la novità di portata storica risiede alla Casa bianca e rischia di avvelenare pure i pozzi della vecchia Europa. La nuova destra di Trump può diventare fenomeno mondiale. Dovrebbe fare paura e consigliare buonsenso.
