Non a caso, il mercato degli stupefacenti in Italia è quantificabile in 14 miliardi di euro, “praticamente il valore di una ‘manovrina’”. La spesa per sostanze è ripartita tra Cocaina (43%), Cannabis (28,2%), Eroina, (16,2%) e altre sostanze sintetiche (12.7%). Da quanto emerge, i prezzi della merce si abbassano e la purezza aumenta. Dati rilevanti e inquietanti che, tuttavia, non sollecitano commenti e interventi da parte dei politici, “distratti” da altre questioni e faccende in questa estate torrida. Di conseguenza, negli ultimi anni sono aumentati le denunce e i procedimenti giudiziari aperti a carico di minori, nonché il numero minori affidati ai Servizi sociali della Giustizia minorile per reati legati alle droghe.
