Ammesso che ce ne sia mai stato uno, non è certo quello che stiamo vivendo il periodo più florido e felice per l’amministrazione Michelini. Di polemiche interne ce n’è sempre a iosa e addirittura capita poi che l’opposizione si coordini e metta a punto una mozione di sfiducia allargata cui mancano solo quattro firme per decretare la fine della legislatura. Tempi difficili per il primo cittadino, anzi diciamolo pure per il ticket Michelini-Ciambella, visto che poi questa sindacatura è apparsa da subito una “galoppata a due”. Tanto sono parse sporadiche o comunque di routine le apparizioni pubbliche di Michelini, sempre un po’ dimesso nei toni e negli annunci, così sono sembrate frequentissime e grintose le esternazioni del vice sindaco che è divenuta ben presto la vera icona di questo centrosinistra al governo del Comune. Eppure è mancata completamente la coesione tra i due nell’impatto pubblico almeno: uno sembrava partecipare quasi tristemente ad uno stanco ceremoniale, l’altra denotava voglia di incidere sul territorio e di fare carriera, ma con un’immagine ed un eloquio assai opachi, tra la spregiudicata presunzione del neofita di successo ed una scarsa inclinazione al dialogo non di maniera o “programmato” che dir si voglia. Il Ticket Michelini-Ciambella non può funzionare, è una proposta politica decotta, non credibile, che lascia chiaramente intendere che gli ampi spazi di manovra siano appositamente lasciati altrove, oltre la prima linea imposta a due attori non protagonisti; ma il problema non è questo … Il vero dramma è che sembrano mancare ai due personaggi che noi vediamo sul palco quella umiltà, quella voglia di confronto con gli altri, quella capacità di mettersi in discussione che renderebbe la loro presenza ed il loro lavoro almeno utile; quel che vediamo invece è una amministrazione senza slanci, che pensa di sapere e non sa, che inventa successi inesistenti, parla di cambiamenti mirabolanti, di progetti travolgenti in una sorta di trip tutto suo piuttosto incomprensibile; e non bastasse la facile verifica di contenuti pressocchè assenti, basti vedere le condizioni della città, il mancato pluralismo di voci che caratterizza malinconicamente la cultura locale, la disoccupazione record, il clima plumbeo da ghost city per avere la netta conferma di un trend che non si può certo ritenere positivo. Dinanzi al quale non si riesce a capire, con il ticket Michelini-Ciambella in cabina di pilotaggio, quale ripartenza seppur timida possa esserci. Tantopiù che la Ciambella non pare stia riuscendo a far squadra con lavoratori, funzionari, dirigenti, maestranze del Comune: le sue critiche in tali direzioni sono sempre state piuttosto secche e velleitarie e non hanno migliorato il clima che si respira nel Palazzo, piuttosto pesante ad ogni livello. Il fatto è che le operazioni elettorali riuscite non è che poi divengano sicuramente azioni governative da incorniciare, che passino agli annali; eh no, specie se a troppi improvvisati performer viene chiesto di recitare a soggetto.
