Il direttore provinciale dell’Agenzia delle Entrate di Genova, Walter Pardini, è stato arrestato dalla Guardia di finanza insieme ad altre tre persone mentre prendeva una tangente. Il funzionario è accusato di corruzione. L’inchiesta è stata coordinata dal procuratore aggiunto Vittorio Ranieri Miniati e dal sostituto procuratore Massimo Terrile. Perquisizioni in corso nel suo ufficio in via Fiume.
L’arresto di Walter Pardini e delle altre tre persone è avvenuto ieri sera a Recco nel famoso ristorante “Da Manuelina”. I quattro hanno prima cenato e al termine del pasto c’è stata la consegna della busta con 7.500 euro. Ad attenderli fuori c’erano però gli uomini del nucleo di polizia tributaria della Guardia di Finanza di Genova che li hanno arrestati. Secondo gli investigatori non sarebbe stata la prima volta che Pardini intascava soldi.
Gli altri tre arrestati sono rappresentanti della Securpol, una società di logistica di Napoli da alcuni mesi trasferitasi in Liguria. I tre sono due commercialisti e un avvocato: Luigi Pelella, Massimo Alfano e Francesco Canzano, tutti campani. Stavano consegnando una busta al direttore Pardini con i soldi. Denunciato anche un commercialista genove. Secondo gli investigatori, l’azienda di sicurezza e logistica aveva in corso una transazione da 20 milioni di euro con il Fisco per debiti accumulati negli anni.
Le indagini sono partite dopo il trasferimento della sede della società da Napoli a Genova senza alcun apparente motivo. L’azienda aveva un contenzioso fiscale con le Entrate in Campania e, secondo gli investigatori, il cambio di sede sarebbe legato alle promesse ottenute da Pardini per un suo intervento sulla pratica in cambio di soldi.
L’Agenzia delle Entrate ha adottato la sospensione cautelare dal servizio di Walter Pardini. (ansa)
