Questa frammentazione rende difficile la realizzazione di un servizio sanitario nazionale realmente universalistico, efficiente ed efficace. Tutto ciò è stato causa di gravi disfunzioni e malversazioni”. Quindi da quello che scrive Aogoi le sorti del sistema sanitario nazionale dipenderebbero dall’esito di una consultazione referendaria su una revisione costituzionale, il che francamente è fuori dal mondo, non ha alcun nesso con la realtà: ed è possibile poi che a pochi giorni dal voto una associazione professionale si renda protagonista di una invasione di campo così vistosa e inopportuna? Cose italiane, sempre più incomprensibili e poco trasparenti.
